Where do I start? Bernash as a whole is wonderful! The staff and manager, in particular, are the most caring and considerate care home staff that I have met. They go above and beyond on a daily basis to make the care and dignity for my Nan first class. There is always something going on or someone coming.

Bernash is an excellent care home. The staff are all wonderfully supportive of both the residents and their families. Management are always happy to listen, inform and advise whenever necessary. The staff put on wonderful activities throughout the day and hats off to the chef for producing delicious food.

An excellent care home with friendly, caring staff. My father was first admitted for respite and settled in straight away. Subsequently he became a permanent resident and loves it there. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care given to my mum. The whole team from management to the cleaners have a genuine rapport with the residents and go the extra mile and have become true friends of the family.

They have looked after my father extremely well throughout his time there. He has been beautifully loved and cared for by exceptional staff and the activities person is absolutely brilliant, keeping them entertained on a daily basis.
